I have found that using a Jungian template of the basic contents of the psyche, people can do an in-depth analysis of themselves, and their groups and organizations. What such an analysis reveals are realities such as "complexes" and their underlying archetypes which probably wouldn't get surfaced from a traditional study.

Most often, businesses, faculties and other organizations are so preoccupied with their surface, manifest reality that they forget about and so neglect what lies beneath: the unconscious of the group.  That's our interest: bringing the unconscious to consciousness so it can be seen and dealt with.

People want to become more complete, more soulful; so do organizations.
