QUANTUM DEPTH CONSULTATIONWe use a specific method to analyze groups, organizations, businesses and other enterprises which is called "archetypal pattern analysis." The study entitled A Quantum Paradigm serves as a template for applying this paradigm. In doing a study and in consultation with a group or organization, that text provides much of the theoretical background we use in concentrated form.
We identify the psychological functions and attutudes of the orgnization or area of study (Ego), its Persona, identify and describe its complexes (Shadow), and determine the congruence between the organizational Self and Ego. Finally we make some recommendations so the organization can move toward better integrity.
QUANTUM ARCHETYPAL ANALYSIS
One service we offer consists in teaching interested persons how to conduct a depth analysis as described above.(another service we offer is the following):
the study of Early ChristianityWithin the general area of Early Christianity, we are particularly interested in studying and conducting educational seminars on Christian Origins, i.e., on understanding how what came to be called Christianity developed out of a Jewish and Greco-Roman matrix. We pay particular attention to the "initial conditions" of the Christian movement and look for patterns, applying the principles and methods of archetypal pattern analysis described above.
PSYCHOLOGICAL TYPOLOGY
The insights one gets from knowing one's own and others psychological types are incalculable. I enjoy very much doing in-services for groups and faculties on this and many times the participants have expressed wonder and amazement when their own or anothers way of thinking, feeling and behaving begin to make better sense.

Most often, businesses, faculties and other organizations are so preoccupied with their surface, manifest reality that they forget about and so neglect what lies beneath: the unconscious of the group. That's our interest: bringing the unconscious to consciousness so it can be seen and dealt with.
People want to become more complete, more soulful; so do organizations.

Nos interesa especialmente las "condiciones iniciales" del movimiento cristiano y buscamos patrones, aplicando los principios y metodos del analisis de los arquetipos.
