A Quantum Paradigm

All of us live and work out of a world view (paradigm).  The question is: is one's world view up to date and adequate for the world we live in?  What I am interested in doing is describing and working out of a paradigm which corresponds to the modern scientific world view (see Margaret Wheatley, esp. Leadership and the New Science, San Francisco,  Berrett-Koehler, 1999.) and at the same time provides a basis for ecumenical and inter-faith collaboration.  (See also O'Murchu)

Goal: to organize and conduct seminars on Christian Origins and Psychology & Religion in such a way that the participants learn some techniques for continuing to study on their own and some practical tools to help them understand themselves, others and their groups and organizations.
